Game Naira cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for real money or sold through an outside cash exchange. It is fictional game currency. A top-up spends real money to add game units; it does not create a cash balance you can later withdraw.

Can you get a refund?
The published terms say delivered purchases are generally final, subject to applicable law. A refund may be considered when payment was collected, the purchase was not delivered, and the failure can be verified against transaction records.
Changing your mind, spending or transferring credited currency, or losing it during gameplay does not ordinarily qualify on its own. These are the publisher’s stated rules; approval of an individual request is not guaranteed.
Paid but did not receive the purchase
- Keep the payment receipt and transaction reference.
- Write down the amount, payment time, account username and what failed to arrive.
- Email [email protected] or the official backup [email protected] with those details.
- Avoid making the same purchase again while its status is unresolved.
Do not send passwords, login codes or full card details.
External sellers and crypto offers
Outside Game Naira sales and unauthorized cash exchanges are prohibited by the game’s rules. Lagos Life also denies affiliation with crypto tokens and third-party financial projects. Do not send currency to someone promising a later bank payment or investment return.
